There’s No Age Limit on Fun
LEGO might conjure images of childhood fun but don’t fluff off those 18+ sets so easily! From 5000-piece replicas of Avengers Tower to 20-inch tall Hulkbuster models, these are the coolest Marvel sets perfect for any fan.
1. The Amazing Spider-Man
There’s no shortage of Spider-Man LEGO sets, but the most impressive is the 2000+ piece set where he crawls from the frame. You can adjust the head and fingers to make it look even more realistic, and we’d love to have everyone’s favorite web-slinger on our walls.
2. Avengers Tower
We’ll admit this set comes with a hefty price tag—it also comes with over 5000 pieces, 31 mini-figures, and a sense of accomplishment as you build this 35-inch replica. It’s an intricate display that’ll take lots of time and talent, but it’s more than worth it.
3. Daily Bugle
Don’t worry if the Avengers aren’t your thing because Spidey has his own impressive replica! With 25 mini-figures and just under 4000 pieces, the Daily Bugle is a touch easier than all of Avengers Tower, however, you’ll have a blast building Spider-Man’s legacy from scratch.
4. X-Men: The X Mansion
The only thing cooler than piecing Xavier’s mansion together is all those individual rooms. You’ll build classrooms and libraries while also paying homage to Cerebro and the Danger Room. This set also comes with legacy X-Men—all with the classic ‘97 garb!
5. Sanctum Sanctorum
Professor X isn’t the only brilliant mind with a home of his own. Step into Doctor Strange’s house, a 2700-piece set complete with detailed rooms and artwork, several floors, and nine mini-figures. You can even customize his library.
6. Hulkbuster
Suit up in spectacular armor crafted by two brilliant minds: Tony Stark and Bruce Banner (according to the cinematic universe). This awesome 4000-piece set has all sorts of innovative pieces such as glow-in-the-dark bricks, light-up pieces, and a final 20-inch-tall figure.
7. Spider-Man Final Battle
We all cheered when the Spiderverse united multiple Peter Parkers, and this LEGO set lets us relive the magic. Regardless of how long you’ve followed Spidey, this set is an action-packed scene for any fan.
8. The Avengers Hellicarrier
If you’re looking for something a little less detailed, the Avengers’ Hellicarrier is right up your alley. It’ll still require some time but with just 500 pieces, it’s a much easier build for Marvel fans. Don’t worry, it still comes with plenty of details and a handy display base.
9. Guardians of the Galaxy: The Milano
We are Groot—and we are also obsessed with this 2000-piece model. What’s especially great about this set is that it’s for ages twelve and up, making it a much easier build for first-time fans. The coolest part about this aircraft is it comes with adjustable wings and every major character mini-figure.
10. Star-Lord’s Helmet
On the other hand, Peter Quill fans can challenge themselves with Star-Lord’s helmet! Don’t let those 600 pieces confuse you either; this set is still a difficult build before the finish line. Once you’re done, though, you’ll have a seven-inch replica perfect for any space.
11. Infinity Gauntlet
You don’t have to scramble for the infinity stones! You do, however, need to sift through 590 pieces before that incredible twelve-inch model is complete. Just don’t snap your fingers at the end.
12. Captain America’s Shield
If you love Steve Rogers (or Chris Evans), you need this 3000-piece model. Cap’s Shield is an 18.5-inch finished product and will likely work your brain for a few hours before it’s all done. But that’s okay—we could do this all day.
13. X-Men X-Jet
A great set for anyone with children, this simpler set has just over 300 pieces. This iconic fighter jet is also built for play, complete with two stud shooters and four mini-figures with the ‘97 design.
14. Spider-Man’s Mask
This simple replica lets Spidey keep watch over any room. Coming in just shy of 500 pieces, it might be a more difficult build but it’s also more of a reward. Proudly display this on its convenient stand, complete with its own nameplate.
15. The Avengers Quinjet
Much like the X-Jet, the Avengers’ Quinjet is perfect for families. This one, however, is less play and more display with nearly 800 pieces. The good news is that builders can still adjust the wings and find the perfect spot for each of the five mini-figures.
16. Wolverine’s Adamantium Claws
Of course, we have to pay homage to one of the most iconic X-Men! Fans of the gruff, cigar-smoking hero can reconstruct his claws with this set. It’s just shy of 600 pieces but it’ll still need lots of manpower. You’ll also need to hop on it soon as the LEGO store has plans to retire it.
17. Spider-Man vs Sandman: Final Battle
At 347 pieces, this Spidey vs. Sandman set is perfect for kids ten and up. It’s a simpler design but still comes with a cool 360-degree battle scene featuring Peter Parker and several iconic villains. Sandman’s also moveable, making it a great set to play with.
18. Rocket and Baby Groot
He’s not as furry as the real thing but this set comes with Rocket’s signature weapons and facial expression. Kids ten and up also have Baby Groot and can immerse themselves in playtime thanks to Rocket’s moveable limbs.
19. Dancing Groot
On the flip side, please turn your attention to dancing Groot—an adorable 459-piece model of everyone’s favorite tree. Whether you pose him or let your little ones interact with his pot handles, Groot’s ready for action.
20. Ghost Rider Mech and Bike
You may not be fans of the Nic Cage movie but there’s no denying how awesome this LEGO set looks. Complete with moveable limbs and the classic Hell Cycle, it’s only 264 pieces to build this simple model.
