2. Piplup
For those of you that love penguins, you'll get the best of both worlds with Piplup. This cute blue and white water-type Pokémon has got tons of personality to go with its adorableness. Its tiny stature only adds to its cute factor, but don't be surprised by how prideful this Pokémon can be. Its strength isn't measured by its size!
3. Eevee
Of course, we couldn't make this list without including the popular favorite, Eevee. With its bushy tail, fluffy mane, and fox-like features, it's a no-brainer that people would love to have this Pokémon as their endearing sidekick. As a bonus, you'd get to enjoy a variety of different evolution options too!
4. Jigglypuff
This round and tiny Pokémon has got the biggest eyes that stare right into yours, completely winning you over. And with its soft pink color, Jigglypuff is simply so charming and adorable. People love this Normal/Fairy-type Pokémon particularly for its short and stubby legs and arms which makes it waddle around in such a lovable way.
5. Squirtle
Outside of Pikachu, Squirtle might be one of the most popular starter Pokémons people always go for. And yes, we think its cute appearance plays a part in that! Not only is Squirtle a strong water-type Pokémon that eventually evolves into Blastoise (an even stronger Pokémon), it's hard to say no to its large eyes, stubby arms, and bright personality. Sounds like Pikachu but in water form!
6. Bulbasaur
And if Squirtle's on this list, of course we couldn't leave out Bulbasaur. While red eyes might normally scare you away, this little turtle-looking Pokémon is an adorable treasure you'd want to keep around. Walking on all fours with its unique green bulb on its back, people adore this character design that adds so much to Bulbasaur's personality.
7. Togepi
Who knew you could make an egg look so cute? With its round, egg-shaped body, Togepi is like a little baby that needs to be looked after. And with its shell still half in tact, it only feeds into that narrative! It's so endearing how this Pokémon stumbles around on its little feet, making you want to carry it and protect it. If you really want cute without much power, we know this ranks high on people's lists.

8. Teddiursa
Essentially a Pokémon that looks like a bear that's made even cuter with its moon-shaped imprint on its fur, Teddiursa is a living teddy bear. While it might evolve into a more fearsome looking creature, you can definitely appreciate all its cuteness during this phase. Bring along a jar of honey and we're sure Teddiusra will be more than happy to come along.
9. Azurill
This normal/fairy-type Pokémon might just have the cutest design out of everyone on this list. As a little blue mouse-looking character, it has a massive round tail that allows it to bounce around on it. With its cute beady eyes, smile, and round ears, it's really giving Golden Retriever vibes.
10. Minccino
Think chinchilla but ten times cuter. That's what Minccino looks like! With such a large fluffy tail, adorable eyes, and huge ears, this normal-type Pokémon has everyone wanting one. It certainly gives off Pikachu vibes which makes us love it even more! And as a fun fact, this creature is a bit of a cleanaholic, meaning it'll definitely help you keep things tidy and organized.
11. Mew
While Mew doesn't exactly look like any animal from our world, there's just something unexplainably adorable about this Pokémon. Maybe its because of its pale pink color, its large blue eyes, or its babyish features, but we'd love to have Mew as a reliable sidekick that's great in battle too. You definitely don't want to underestimate what this psychic-type Pokémon is capable of (hint, it's a mythical one for a reason!).
12. Pancham
Clearly inspired by the adorable pandas of our world, Pancham is a dark-type Pokémon with a small body but big attitude. Just look at those angry brows of his! But while its face might "look" scary, it's definitely anything but. Just don't steal that leaf Pancham is always chewing in his mouth to look cool and you have nothing to wory about.
13. Emolga
If you didn't think flying squirrels were cute, you definitely will now. Emolga is an electric/flying-type Pokémon that doesn't evolve into anything else, meaning you'll always get to enjoy this cute form. With its mouse-like features and close resemblance to Pikachu, we can't imagine anyone would ever complain about having a sidekick as endearing and fluffy as this one.
14. Cubchoo
Even the name sounds adorable! Cubchoo is an ice-type Pokémon that takes the form of a little cuddly light blue and white bear. What makes this Pokémon stand out? The long trail of mucus constantly dripping out of its nose. If that grosses you out, Cubchoo might not be for you, but just know that this fluid is what gives it the power for its attacks.

17. Snom
Snom doesn't exactly look like something we're familiar with, but its character design is undoubtedly a cute one. As an ice/bug-type Pokémon, this little creature might not do a lot for you in terms of battle until it evolves, but we'd be happy just carrying Snom along as a travel buddy. Besides, to get him to evolve, you need to raise its happiness! In other words, build that bond, become its best friend, and you'll be rewarded. Don't let its small size surprise you when you realize how much it can eat though!
18. Shaymin
Shaymin is a unique Pokémon that doesn't evolve, but is known to take on two different forms. Don't worry though, both are equally adorable! In its land form, it takes on the appearance of a hedgehog with no spikes, with a soft grassy back and flowers on its side. But in its sky form, Shaymin looks a lot more like a deer. You'll definitely fall in love with this cute creature that's full of personality; sometimes its shy and sometimes its lively and energetic.

If you're more of a cat person than a dog one, Sprigatto is perfect for you. With its feline-like features and appearance, this grass-type Pokémon will easily win you over. It loves getting attention and will often sulk if ignored, meaning you get a dog-like personality in this cat-looking creature. And who wouldn't want a loving and loyal pet by their side?
20. Vulpix
Though many people catch Vulpix in hopes of evolving it to Ninetails, you can't deny that this form is a very lovable one. So as you wait for the evolution to happen, you won't complain about having Vulpix around during this waiting period.
