What Your League of Legends Main Says About You

From Low Skill to Rage Inducing

There are many champions to choose from when playing League of Legends. Most of us probably play a handful, but you can’t deny your favoritism for a select few. Whether you’re a hardcore one-trick or simply like one champion more than others, here’s what your main says about you.

1. Why Doesn’t Anyone Take the Lantern?

This is a question every Thresh main asks themselves. You do all the work, from landing Qs to blocking engages. They never seem to appreciate you, but hey, at least the enemy support recognizes your skills. If you play Thresh, you’re probably an underappreciated nice guy.

2. Running With Scissors

For the Gwen players out there, you saw a cute blue-haired doll-like girl with giant oversized scissors and clicked yes. There are so many choices for top lane, but none as flashy as Gwen. Additionally, you must specifically hate ranged players, preferring things up close and personal.

3. LASER

Lux mains know exactly how to annoy the enemy, from one perfectly timed snare to an all-out explosion of damage. Many argue that the champion is low-skill, but they’re just mad that they can’t reach you. Keeping your distance and throwing Qs is where you excel.

4. I Hate Myself and Everyone Else

Teemo players should be ashamed of themselves. It is unclear what demonic force possesses them, forcing them to choose such a terrible champion.

They undoubtedly enjoy inflicting pain on others and should question their life choices.

5. Cute Egirl Things

For mains of anyone from Ahri to Seraphine, style points matter to you. If you just wanted to support from afar or do burst damage, you could’ve picked Fizz or Pyke. But instead, you want to collect all the cute skins and really get in tune with your character. You probably listen to K/DA songs while you play the game.

6. Spin to Win

Sometimes the lowest-skilled approach is the best approach. Keeping things simple with Garen is where you excel, probably because you wouldn’t excel anywhere else. That’s okay, though; you’ve clearly beat the system, spinning your way to mid-diamond.

7. Oops, I Stole Your Dragon

Just Nunu doing Nunu things. You can practically hear the enemy jungler screaming as you roll on by, steal their dragon, and snowball away. The enemy team better be sure to have some shields because when you go ganking, you don’t fail.

8. Imagine Dying

Tryndamere players probably hate the world. But who can blame them? With one press of a button, they can reject losing and chase you down instead. When you hear that slow animation, you know you’re done for. If you play Tryndamere, you probably have little patience for other people’s shenanigans.

9. I Can Fix Her

If you prefer to play champions like Elise or Evelynn, then you certainly have a type.

10. Blame the Support

If you play Kai’Sa, Jhin, or any ADC that’s heavily reliant on their supports, you’re probably prone to raging. Now, it’s true that many supports make mistakes and don’t live up to your expectations. But you need to take some ownership here too. If you play any of these ADCs, then you’re probably too dependent on others.

11. Mundo Knows Best

Tanking damage and strolling through lane is what you do best. From numerous shields to a health bar the size of Denmark, there’s very little that phases you. If you play a tanky tank like Mundo, then you’re probably a relaxed person. You don’t stress much—you don’t have to.

12. Stand Behind Braum

Braum players are the ideal support, taking every hit for their adored ADC. You can always count on Braum mains; they are dependable and compassionate. Marrying a Braum main is probably something everyone should strive toward.

13. All Skill

You play Ezreal or Nidalee just to spam the chat with how skilled you are. If the game doesn’t go well, it’s obviously your team’s fault. You play ARAMs specifically to train your aim, and you treat the game like a gym routine, logging in every day before work and immediately upon your return.

14. Imagine If I Had a Real Weapon

For Jax mains, you enjoy the nostalgia of League and miss the good old days. This was your favorite game when you were younger, and to this day, you’ve stuck by it through the good and the bad. You long for the day Jax actually gets a real weapon.

15. I Am Speed

Hecarim, Lillia, and Rammus mains have been running from their responsibilities since the inception of League. You’re the first to jump into a bad situation and also the first to leave it. Your teammates probably aren’t as lucky. However, it’s not your fault they didn’t prioritize buying boots.

16. Mainstream Crazy

You tell everyone you play Jinx because she’s a good ADC and meta. But we all know you’re just obsessed with Arcane and the Harley Quinn types. If you wanted to play an actual crazy champion, you’d choose Jhin.

17. Stacks on Stacks on Stacks on Stacks

You like to keep things simple. Your jungler might be ganking your lane, or your support might be caught out. It doesn’t matter—you won’t help them; after all, you can’t miss a minion. The only thing that matters are the stacks. One day, when you achieve your final form, they will thank you. You know who you are.

18. Die Immediately. Profit.

Pyke players are a perfect balance between skill and complete unfairness. What do you mean you get to just turn invisible and walk away when you’re caught? How come you just get to dodge every attack and suddenly ult on top of the enemy? Make it make sense.

19. Did I Say You Could Move?

If a gank ever fails, the Amumu is not the one to blame. With three whole stuns in his arsenal, they get their job done. There really is no escaping those bandages, and even if you do, the AoE ultimate will get you. Amumu players are likely calm and collected until their laner misses every ability on the enemy they snared.

20. The Edge Lord

Finally, the most classic of League players is undoubtedly the edge lord. Not only do you take the game too seriously, but you also follow the lore online and analyze the music videos. Yes, I’m talking to you, mains of Kayn, Viego, and Yasuo. You’ve probably been playing this game for years. You don’t say much, only responding with “”? in chat.
